We are thrilled to welcome Lee Concannon who has been working as a chef for over 26 years to the Glentrool Hive. Lee has worked professionally for chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and James Villiers, and with his recent move to Scotland has decided to work on his own producing pop up restaurant food that highlights his culinary experience.
Lee will be showcasing his passion for food, leaving you wanting more with the aim to use local produce and suppliers to bring exciting food to your table.
