Outdoor play therapy is the practice of interacting with our environment in a way that nurtures and supports us as we process whatever we bring to the session. Connect with your environment, community and heritage in a shared and individual art therapy workshop at the White Cairn. You do not need to be an artist to take part! The process of working with clay helps us to physically release tension and feel grounded. We will be using found and foraged materials to make a collaborative mandala, as well as creating a personal clay guardian or token.
